Prezi is a cloud-based presenation software and storytelling tool for discovering and sharing virtual media in one infinite space. Prezi's ability to zoom in out and of the canvas makes prezi a fun tool to explore new ideas and information. Prezi's many great combined features is what makes this tool stand out from other presenation tools. These great feautres include:

pan and zoom
import media
full toolset
present online and offline
work together
add storyline.

Benefits of Prezi in the classroom

When I discovered Prezi I was extremely excited to start playing with this tool as PowerPoint was the only presentation software which I competently used and understood. Not only was this tool new and engaging but was extremely easy to use and I quickly started to see its educational benefits in the classroom.

Below are some benefits of Prezi in the classroom:

· Allows students to work with students in other classes, and then other schools, ultimately work with students in other countries around the world.

· Engaging

· Accessible

· Collaborative

· Incorporate multimedia

· Can be embedded into students e-portfolios

· Great tool for organization, presentation and displaying learning

As I am specializing in early childhood education, Prezi has many benefits to assist teaching and learning in this setting. I found it very interesting to find ways that I could use this tool in early child hood setting. Some suggestions are below·
