My first experiences with Blogger so far has been fairly straight forward as I have prior understanding and knowledge of the concept of virtual interaction and hold my current interaction with online social networking spaces such as Email, MySpace, Skype and of course the phenomenon they call Facebook and Twitter. The ability to express thoughts, feelings and ideas to the public is no longer a distant or misinterpreted concept for me and to the contrary believe this form of communication reaps many benefits which I am sure will naturally shine throughout this e-learning journey.
As far as navigating through Blogger, it is always challenging working out new online applications, however I have naturally and quickly caught on to managing my account and personalising my profile. I am excited to discover more about Blogger and posting my thoughts and ideas in new and creative ways.
As far as concerns, I am worried about my time management as I tend to get caught up on the aesthetics and appearance when creating online spaces and am inclined to steer away from the content. However, my interest and commitment with online tutorials, Moodle, communication forums and weekly posts and activities will ensure my success in this course. I am excited and looking forward to engaging in the next 11 weeks of this course and exploring and furthering my knowledge on how ICT can benefit education in magnificent ways.
